90º Degree Plastic Angle Profiles
- CAB,
has good optical clarity and retain their toughness
across their temperature range. Properties include ease of fabrication,
high impact strength, excellent transparency. It is strong, tough, and
durable and can be cut and sawed with standard equipment. It is not UV
resistant, is UL rated, and can be sterilized. The working temp is -40 to
180 deg F. Meets FDA standards for dry food.
- CPVC,
is a rigid thermoplastic exhibiting similar advantages to PVC yet
retaining these properties at higher temperatures. It exhibits excellent
fire resistance, chemical resistance.
- Fiberglass,
is Corrosion Resistant, Non-Conductive Thermally and
Electrically, Lightweight, and High Strength.
- Polycarbonate,
It is stronger than plate glass and 20 Times stronger
than acrylic.
- Polypropylene,
is lightweight, flexible, and an excellent electrical
insulator. It has a hard, very smooth surface that prevents bacteria and
resists chemical corrosion.
- PVC,
is the most widely used member of the vinyl family.
Its major use is for corrosion-resistant applications. PVC can be cemented
when bonding is required, although heat welding is a more acceptable process
when bonding PVC.
- Silicone,
High Temperature
- Teflon PTFE,
The best chemically resistant material available and
it continuously handles high temperatures. Electrical Insulator and Flame
Retardant and Weather Resistant and Very Low Friction
- UHMWPE,
Wear Resistant. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
Compliant and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Compliant.
